Burleson Library staffer's fall reading video goes viral again
A Burleson Library circulation supervisor's viral social media video promoting fall reading has captured attention with her 'Spicy Girl Autumn' campaign. Kelly Clute, who previously went viral with a summer reading promotion, is encouraging residents to visit the library for cozy autumn reads and spooky stories.
A Burleson Public Library employee is drawing national attention for the second time this year after posting a video urging people to swap summer reads for fall thrillers.
Kelly Clute, the library's circulation supervisor, posted a video to the library's Instagram account Tuesday promoting what she called "Spicy Girl Autumn" — a follow-up to her viral "Hot Girl Summer" library video from May, according to NBC DFW. In the new clip, she jokes about checking out armloads of books and renewing them twice.
Clute has worked at the Burleson library since January 2018. The library is located roughly 10 miles from Cleburne and serves as a regional resource for Johnson County residents.
