City Opens One-Stop Municipal Service Center on North Main
Cleburne is opening a new municipal service center on August 24 to streamline customer interactions with city government. The facility will consolidate services to make it more convenient for residents to handle city business.
Cleburne residents will have a new place to handle city business starting Aug. 24, when the Municipal Service Center opens at 407 N. Main St. According to City of Cleburne news, the facility consolidates several commonly used city services under one roof, so residents no longer have to visit multiple locations to pay utility bills, apply for permits, or meet with staff on development projects.
The building is a renovated city-owned property, with the work funded through Certificates of Obligation the Cleburne City Council approved in 2025. A public ribbon-cutting is scheduled for Aug. 20 from noon to 1 p.m.
The project is part of the city's broader Future Facilities initiative, which aims to improve municipal operations and make better use of existing public property.
